Opening Shot Practice

For the opening shot of our music video we are going to have 17 quick shots of pictures of a couple together. The shots have been editied to fit to the tempo of 17 quick beats at the start of the song. Here is just an example of how it will look but with different pictures:

Shot Ideas

From the same footage we used to create the lip syncing video, we also decided to create a short video that was of all the different possible shots that we want to use in our video. One of my favourite shots is the spiral shot when the camera moves around Michaela.
We wanted to use this shot when the she sings and holds the lyrics 'you'. By having this shot here we wanted it to represent Michaela's realisation that she has imagined everything and that it symbolises her mind spiraling out of control with confusion.
